The Quattro Group appoint new Winter Maintenance manager

The Quattro Group are pleased to announce the appointment of a new winter maintenance manager, Paul Neethling, who will be based in the Stratford head office.

Mr Neethling, who has been with the Quattro Group for some time, will be responsible for overseeing the management of the entire winter maintenance fleet, as well as liaising with areas and depot managers to best manage the requirements of customers across the UK.

The Quattro Group has one of the UK's largest winter maintenance fleets, which includes equipment from some of the biggest names in winter maintenance equipment manufacture.

The fleet includes:

  • Versatile utility vehicles: Designed to take a number of attachments. All vehicles are subject to a rolling maintenance programme ensuring that they are always ready for action.
  • Feidler snowplough attachments: Designed and manufactured to handle the heaviest snowfall, these attachments are at the cutting edge of snow clearance and are ideal for clearing highways and priority routes quickly and effectively.
  • Johnston Gilletta spreader attachments: Designed to distribute salt evenly across even the toughest terrain, these spreaders allow the Quattro Group to be fully prepared to grit swiftly and comprehensively in even the harshest conditions.
  • Tracmaster manually operated snow clearance machines: Designed for the clearance of compacted snow on pedestrian routes such as station platforms and pathways, these smaller machines are invaluable in towns and cities, helping keep the streets safe and minimise accidents.

With a harsh winter predicted for much of the UK, Mr Neethling certainly has a large task ahead of him, however with support from the regional managers and winter maintenance operators, he is determined to ensure that the Quattro Group will continue to stop at nothing to keep you moving!
